Description
A rich and cheesy one-pan chicken dinner featuring tender chicken cubes smothered in a garlicky parmesan cream sauce.
Ingredients
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 pound cubed chicken breast
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
4 cloves crushed garlic
1 tbs olive oil
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
Step 2: Season the cubed chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika, then brown in a skillet with olive oil for 3-4 minutes.
Step 3: In a bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayo, crushed garlic, garlic powder, and half of the parmesan.
Step 4: Place the chicken in the baking dish and spread the creamy sauce mixture evenly over the top.
Step 5: Sprinkle the remaining parmesan cheese over the top and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and internal temp is 165°F.
Notes
For the best crust, use freshly grated parmesan from a block. Let the dish rest for 5 minutes before serving to allow the sauce to set.
