Instructions
- Cook ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, and sliced mushrooms in a skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and onion softened.

- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain.
- Combine cooked pasta with beef and mushroom mixture; transfer to greased baking dish.
