Ingredients

  • 8 oz egg noodles or pasta of choice
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with ranch dressing mix and cook in a skillet until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
  2. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt cream cheese with sour cream and chicken broth, stirring until smooth.
