Description

A refreshing and protein-rich dessert that combines the tangy smoothness of Greek yogurt with the sweet, wobbly fun of fruity gelatin.

Ingredients

Scale

1 box (3 oz) flavored gelatin powder
1 cup boiling water
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup cold water
Fresh berries for garnish

Instructions

Step 1: Dissolve the gelatin powder in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring for 2 minutes.
Step 2: Add 1/2 cup of cold water to the mixture and let it cool slightly for a few minutes.
Step 3: Slowly whisk in 2 cups of Greek yogurt until the mixture is completely smooth and uniform in color.
Step 4: Pour the mixture into a large serving bowl or individual ramekins.
Step 5: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the Jello is firm and set.
Step 6: Serve chilled with fresh fruit or whipped cream if desired.

Notes

Use full-fat Greek yogurt for the creamiest result. Sugar-free Jello is a great low-calorie alternative.
