Step 2: Prepare three separate bowls for the coating process. In the first bowl, place the all-purpose flour. In the second, whisk the two eggs until well beaten. For the third bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with the cinnamon and sugar. If you're looking for an alternative crunch, crushed cornflakes work wonderfully here too!
Step 3: One by one, dredge each apple slice in the flour, shaking off any excess. Then, dip it into the beaten egg, ensuring full coverage.
