Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese (small curd works best)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Pinch of salt
Pinch of black pepper
Optional: 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a small bowl, combine the cottage cheese with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. If using, stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
Step 3: Drop small spoonfuls of the seasoned cottage cheese onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each dollop. Flatten each dollop slightly with the back of the spoon to create thin rounds. Thinner chips will be crispier.
Step 4: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the chips are crispy. Baking time may vary depending on your oven and how thin your chips are.
Step 5: Remove from oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet. They will crisp up further as they cool. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
Notes
For extra crispiness, ensure your cottage cheese is as dry as possible. You can press it between paper towels before mixing. Feel free to experiment with other seasonings like everything bagel seasoning, chili powder, or dried herbs.
