Ingredients
1 cup full-fat small curd cottage cheese
1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with high-quality parchment paper.
Step 2: In a small bowl, mix the cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, and all seasonings until well combined.
Step 3: Place small level tablespoons of the mixture onto the parchment paper, leaving 2 inches between each mound.
Step 4: Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the chips are deep golden brown and appear dry.
Step 5: Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely on the tray for at least 10 minutes to finish crisping.
Step 6: Carefully peel the chips off the parchment and serve immediately.
