Description
A high-protein, low-carb snack that turns creamy cottage cheese into lacy, golden-brown chips with a satisfying crunch.
Ingredients
2 cups full-fat (4%) small curd cottage cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp dried oregano (optional)
Non-stick parchment paper
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with high-quality parchment paper.
Step 2: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and any optional herbs.
Step 3: Place tablespoon-sized dollops of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving ample space between them.
Step 4: Bake in the center rack for 15-22 minutes until the treats are golden brown and the bubbling has subsided.
Step 5: Allow to cool on the pan for at least 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to fully harden.
Notes
Ensure the parchment paper is of high quality; bargain brands may cause the cheese to stick despite the high fat content.
