Description
A classic three-ingredient slow cooker meal that is perfectly sweet, tangy, and tender.
Ingredients
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Catalina salad dressing
1 jar (12 oz) apricot preserves
1 packet dry onion soup mix
Instructions
Step 1: Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker.
Step 2: Whisk together the Catalina dressing, apricot preserves, and onion soup mix in a bowl.
Step 3: Pour the mixture over the chicken and cover with the lid.
Step 4: Cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
Step 5: Shred the chicken with two forks before serving if desired.
Notes
Serve over fluffy white rice or egg noodles to soak up all the extra delicious sauce.
