Ingredients
1 large head of green cabbage, chopped
1.5 lbs lean ground beef
1 large onion, diced

30 oz tomato sauce
14.5 oz diced tomatoes
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Step 2: Stir in the garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce to the meat mixture.
Step 3: In the slow cooker, layer half of the chopped cabbage.
Step 4: Add half of the meat mixture, then all of the cooked rice.
Step 5: Pour half of the tomato sauce and diced tomatoes over the rice.
Step 6: Top with the remaining cabbage, meat, and sauce.
Step 7: Cook on HIGH for 4-6 hours or LOW for 8-10 hours until the cabbage is tender.
Notes
Use lean ground beef for a lighter version or ground turkey for an even leaner profile.
