A perfect harmony of sweet strawberries, rich dark chocolate, and salty, crunchy pretzels.
Ingredients
12 oz dark chocolate chips
1 lb fresh strawberries, cleaned and dried
1 cup crushed pretzels
1/2 cup toasted almond slivers
1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
Step 1: Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Step 2: Melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a double boiler over medium-low heat, stirring until smooth.
Step 3: Place the crushed pretzels and almond slivers in a small, shallow bowl.
Step 4: Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, coating it about two-thirds of the way up.
Step 5: Immediately roll the chocolate-covered portion in the pretzel and almond mixture.
Step 6: Place the finished bites on the parchment paper and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes until set.
Notes
Ensure strawberries are completely dry before dipping to prevent the chocolate from seizing.
