Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup granulated sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup fresh strawberries, finely diced
24–30 wonton wrappers
¼ cup powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions
Step 1: In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth and creamy.
Step 2: Stir in the vanilla extract until well combined. Gently fold in the finely diced fresh strawberries.
Step 3: Lay one wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Place about 1 tablespoon of the strawberry cheesecake filling in the center of the wrapper.
Step 4: Lightly moisten the edges of the wonton wrapper with water using your finger. Fold the wrapper over the filling to form a triangle, pressing firmly along the edges to seal completely, ensuring no air is trapped inside.
Step 5: Repeat with the remaining wonton wrappers and filling. Place the assembled wontons on a plate or baking sheet, ensuring they don't touch.
