- 2 tbsp honey

- 12 small tortillas (corn or flour)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- ½ cup diced red onion
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in honey and BBQ sauce until smooth.
- Add chicken breasts in a single layer; cook 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (internal temp 165°F).
- Season chicken with paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper while cooking.
- Remove chicken from skillet and let rest a few minutes.
- Shred chicken using two forks, mixing with remaining sauce in skillet.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
- Assemble tacos by layering shredded chicken, lettuce, cheese, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, and garnish with cilantro.
