Description

A creamy, decadent dessert cocktail featuring vanilla vodka and chocolate liqueur, perfect for Easter celebrations.


Ingredients

Scale

1 1/2 oz vanilla vodka
1 oz chocolate liqueur
1 oz Irish cream liqueur
1 oz half-and-half or heavy cream
1/2 oz coconut cream (optional)
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
1 teaspoon honey or simple syrup
Whipped cream (optional)
Mini chocolate bunny or chocolate eggs for garnish
Ice cubes


Instructions

Step 1: Chill your martini glass in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Step 2: Dip the rim of the glass into honey or simple syrup, then into the shredded coconut to create a decorative rim.
Step 3: Combine vanilla vodka, chocolate liqueur, Irish cream, cream, and coconut cream (if using) in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Step 4: Shake vigorously for 20 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosty.
Step 5: Strain into the prepared glass.
Step 6: Garnish with whipped cream and a chocolate bunny or egg.

Notes

For a lower calorie version, use skim milk or unsweetened almond milk instead of half-and-half.
