Ingredients
4 large flour tortillas
8 oz cream cheese, softened
12 oz thinly sliced cold-smoked salmon
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tbsp fresh chives, minced
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp capers, chopped
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
Step 1: Mix softened cream cheese with dill, chives, lemon zest, and black pepper until smooth.
Step 2: Spread an even layer of the herb cream cheese onto each tortilla, leaving a small margin at the top.
Step 3: Layer the smoked salmon slices over the cream cheese, then sprinkle with capers and red onion.
Step 4: Roll each tortilla tightly into a log and wrap securely in plastic wrap.
Step 5: Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set the shape.
Step 6: Remove plastic and slice into 1-inch rounds using a sharp serrated knife.
Notes
Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened for easy spreading without tearing the tortillas.
