Ingredients
350g cream cheese, softened
60g powdered sugar
3 large eggs
1 egg yolk
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 6-inch round pan with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until completely smooth and creamy.
Step 3: Whisk the 3 whole eggs and 1 egg yolk together in a small bowl, then gradually incorporate them into the cream cheese mixture.
Step 4: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges are set but the center still jiggles.
Step 5: Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
