Ingredients
1 package white cake mix (2 layer)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup sour cream
3 eggs
1/4 cup water
1 (21 oz) can apple pie filling
1 cup confectioners’ sugar
1.5 tablespoons milk
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
Step 2: In a large bowl, mix the white cake mix, cinnamon, sour cream, eggs, and water until smooth.
Step 3: Spread two-thirds of the batter into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Step 4: Spread the apple pie filling over the batter layer.
Step 5: Drop the remaining batter by spoonfuls over the apples and swirl gently with a knife.
Step 6: Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Step 7: Mix confectioners' sugar and milk to make a glaze, then drizzle over the cake while still warm.
