Description

A delightful no-bake dessert combining creamy vanilla pudding, fresh bananas, whipped topping, and Nilla wafers for a light and airy treat.

Ingredients

Scale

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 (3.4 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
3 cups cold milk
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
3 ripe bananas, sliced
1 (11 ounce) box Nilla Wafers, crushed

Instructions

Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
Step 2: In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes, until thickened.
Step 3: Gently fold the prepared pudding into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
Step 4: Carefully fold in the thawed whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Step 5: Slice the bananas and gently fold them into the fluff mixture. Be careful not to mash them.
Step 6: Crush about half of the Nilla Wafers into coarse crumbs and fold them into the salad. Reserve some for garnish.
Step 7: Transfer the Banana Pudding Fluff Salad to a serving bowl. Garnish with remaining Nilla Wafers and extra banana slices, if desired.
Step 8: Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. This allows the flavors to meld and the pudding to set properly.

Notes

For best results, ensure your cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth mixture. Chilling time is crucial for the pudding to set and flavors to deepen. If making ahead, add fresh banana slices and Nilla wafer garnish just before serving to keep them from getting soggy or browning.
