Description

These fun, vibrant Boozy Jello Candy Melts are an easy-to-make, sweet, and alcoholic treat perfect for any party or gathering.


Ingredients

Scale

1 box (3 oz) flavored Jello (any flavor)
1 cup boiling water
1 cup liquor of choice (vodka, rum, etc.)
1 cup candy melts (any color or flavor)
1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoothness)


Instructions

Step 1: In a heatproof bowl, dissolve the Jello powder in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved. Add 1 cup of your chosen liquor and stir well. Set aside to cool completely to room temperature.
Step 2: While the Jello cools, melt the candy melts. Place candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth. If too thick, stir in 1 tablespoon of coconut oil.
Step 3: Once Jello mixture is at room temperature, pour into small silicone molds, filling each about halfway.
Step 4: Carefully spoon a small amount of melted candy melts over the Jello in each mold, ensuring it fully covers the Jello layer.
Step 5: Refrigerate the molds for at least 2-3 hours, or until both the Jello and candy melts are completely firm and set.
Step 6: Gently remove the Boozy Jello Candy Melts from the molds. Serve chilled for the best experience.

Notes

For best results, use flexible silicone molds for easy removal. Ensure the Jello mixture is completely cool before adding the candy melts to create distinct layers. Experiment with different Jello and candy melt flavor combinations!
