Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup milk
80 ml oil
60 grams sugar
0.5 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon powdered milk
10 grams dry yeast
500 grams wheat flour
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Step 1: Proof the yeast in warm milk and sugar for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Mix in the eggs, oil, butter, salt, and powdered milk.
Step 3: Gradually add flour and knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
Step 4: Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size (about 1.5 hours).
Step 5: Roll out the dough, fill with chicken and cheese, and seal tightly.
Step 6: Let rise for 30 minutes, brush with egg wash, and bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes.
Notes
Ensure the chicken is fully cooked before stuffing. For a crisper crust, you can spray the oven with a little water during the first 5 minutes of baking.
