Description

1 cup eggnog
2 tbsp rum flavor extract

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until smooth and creamy.
Step 3: Stir in melted butter, eggnog, rum flavor extract, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Step 4: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg.
Step 5: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring just until combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Step 6: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
