Ingredients

Scale

1 pound spaghetti noodles
2 pounds ground beef
1/2 yellow onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilis (undrained)
1 cup sour cream
1 cup beef broth

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
