Description

Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese
2 eggs
2 egg whites
3 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup butter
1 3/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, egg whites, maple syrup, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well-combined.
