Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon olive oil (for baking dish)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
Step 2: In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, black pepper, seasoning salt, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
Step 3: Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. This helps the coating adhere better. If chicken breasts are very thick, you can lightly pound them to an even 3/4-inch thickness.
Step 4: Place each chicken breast in the mayonnaise mixture and coat thoroughly on all sides. Ensure an even layer.

Step 6: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). The crust should be golden brown and bubbly.
Step 7: Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. This helps keep the chicken juicy.
Notes
