Ingredients
1 cup sour cream
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
2 cups carrot sticks
2 cups celery sticks
1 cup cherry tomatoes
Optional: 1 cup cucumber slices
Optional: 1 cup bell pepper strips (various colors)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Ranch Dip. In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream and ranch seasoning mix. Stir until well combined and smooth.
Step 2: Chill the Dip. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the ranch dip for at least 15-30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Step 3: Prepare the Vegetables. Wash and dry all vegetables thoroughly. Cut carrots and celery into sticks of uniform size. If using, slice cucumbers and bell peppers.
Step 4: Arrange the Platter. On a large serving platter or board, artfully arrange the carrot sticks, celery sticks, and cherry tomatoes. Place a small bowl of the prepared ranch dip in the center.
