- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley (for garnish, optional)

Instructions
- Sauté the Garlic: In a large pot or deep skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Add Tomatoes and Broth: Pour in the diced tomatoes (with their juices) and vegetable broth. Stir to combine. Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a gentle boil.
