Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk the softened butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
