These incredibly easy pepperoni pizza sliders on sweet Hawaiian rolls are a perfect snack, party appetizer, or quick weeknight meal that kids and adults will love.
Ingredients
12 count package Hawaiian rolls
2½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
¾ cup pizza sauce
20 slices deli-style dry cured pepperoni
â…“ cup salted sweet cream butter, melted
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Step 2: Carefully slice the entire block of Hawaiian rolls horizontally through the middle, keeping the rolls connected. Place the bottom half of the rolls into the prepared baking dish.
Step 3: Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the bottom half of the Hawaiian rolls.
Step 4: Arrange the pepperoni slices over the pizza sauce, then sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the pepperoni.
Step 5: Place the top half of the Hawaiian rolls back over the cheese and pepperoni layer.
Step 6: In a small bowl, whisk together the melted salted sweet cream butter, grated Parmesan cheese, and dried Italian seasoning until well combined.
Step 7: Pour or brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the Hawaiian rolls, ensuring each roll is coated.
Step 8: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the tops of the rolls are golden brown.
Step 9: Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes
