Ingredients
2 cups Green Salsa (Salsa Verde)
10 corn tortillas
3 cups cooked shredded chicken
2 cups Monterey Jack cheese
1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 cup sour cream
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
Step 2: Sauté onion and garlic with cumin and chili powder until soft.
Step 3: Mix salsa verde and sour cream in a bowl.
Step 4: Toast tortillas lightly in a dry skillet.
Step 5: Layer salsa sauce, tortillas, chicken mixture, and cheese in the dish.
Step 6: Repeat layers, finishing with cheese.
Step 7: Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
