  • Sweet chili sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In another shallow dish, whisk eggs and milk together.
  4. Dredge each chicken piece in the flour mixture, shake off excess, dip in egg mixture, then coat again in flour mixture for double coating.
