A refreshing and simple non-alcoholic punch featuring cranberry, apple, orange, and pineapple juices, topped with fizzy ginger ale, perfect for holiday gatherings.
Ingredients
4 cups cranberry juice
2 cups apple cider
1 cup orange juice
1 cup pineapple juice
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 liter ginger ale, chilled
Instructions
Step 1: In a large punch bowl or pitcher, combine the cranberry juice, apple cider, orange juice, pineapple juice, and lemon juice. Stir well to mix all the juices.
Step 2: Chill the juice mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until ready to serve. This can be done several hours in advance.
Step 3: Just before serving, pour the chilled ginger ale into the juice mixture. Stir gently to combine, being careful not to lose too much fizz.
Step 4: Garnish with fresh cranberries, orange slices, or apple wedges, and serve over ice. Enjoy your festive Thanksgiving Punch!
Notes
For an adult version, add 1-2 cups of white rum, vodka, or a bottle of chilled Prosecco to the punch bowl before adding ginger ale. Adjust sweetness if needed by adding a splash of simple syrup.
