1 (1 oz) packet ranch seasoning mix
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg, beaten
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted


Instructions

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper. If desired, place a wire rack on the baking sheet for extra crispy chicken.
Step 2: Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about 1/2 to 3/4 inch. This ensures even cooking.
Step 3: In a shallow dish, combine the crushed crackers, ranch seasoning mix, shredded cheddar, Monterey Jack, and Parmesan cheeses. Mix well.
Step 4: In another shallow dish, whisk the beaten egg with the melted butter.
