A quick, easy, and satisfying wrap featuring oven-roasted turkey, crispy bacon, sharp cheddar, fresh tomato, and cool ranch dressing all tucked into a soft wheat tortilla.
Ingredients
1 large wheat flour tortilla
2 tablespoons ranch dressing
4 slices oven-roasted turkey breast, deli style
2 slices cheddar cheese
4 slices cooked bacon
3 thin slices fresh tomato
25 grams chopped romaine lettuce
Instructions
Step 1: Lay the large wheat flour tortilla flat on a clean surface or cutting board.
Step 2: Evenly spread the 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing over the entire surface of the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
Step 3: Layer the 4 slices of oven-roasted turkey breast, 2 slices of cheddar cheese, and 4 slices of cooked bacon over the ranch dressing, slightly off-center towards one edge.
Step 4: Add the 3 thin slices of fresh tomato and the 25 grams of chopped romaine lettuce on top of the other fillings.
Step 5: To wrap, first fold in the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then starting from the bottom, tightly roll the tortilla upwards to create a secure wrap. Slice in half diagonally if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
Feel free to customize this wrap with your favorite greens, a different type of cheese, or a sprinkle of hot sauce for an extra kick. For meal prep, consider wrapping each component separately or adding a lettuce barrier to prevent sogginess if storing for more than a few hours.
