1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed

Step 2: Toast the baguette slices in the preheated oven for 5 minutes, or until golden brown and slightly crispy. Remove from oven and set aside.
Step 3: In a medium bowl, combine the diced cherry tomatoes, chopped fresh basil, and minced garlic. Drizzle with a little extra olive oil, if desired, and stir gently to combine.
Step 4: To serve, spoon the tomato-basil mixture generously onto each toasted baguette slice.
Step 5: For the Cheese Platter, arrange the cubed cheddar cheese and sliced brie cheese artfully on a serving platter. Scatter the fresh grapes around the cheeses.
Step 6: Present both the Bruschetta and the Cheese Platter together for a festive and delicious New Year's Eve spread. Enjoy!
