Ingredients
8 oz Brie wheel
6 oz Sharp Aged Cheddar
4 oz Goat Cheese rolled in cranberries
4 oz Prosciutto di Parma
4 oz Spicy Salami
1 cup Fig jam
1 cup Honey with honeycomb
2 cups Red and Green Grapes
1 cup Fresh Figs, halved
1 cup Persimmon slices
1 cup Candied Pecans
1/2 cup Walnuts
1 box Assorted Artisan Crackers
1 sliced Baguette
Fresh Rosemary sprigs for garnish
Pomegranate seeds for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: Select a large wooden board or platter to serve as the base for your epic fall charcuterie board.
Step 2: Place small bowls for the fig jam and honey on the board to act as anchors.
Step 3: Position the Brie wheel, cheddar shards, and cranberry goat cheese in different sections of the board.
Step 4: Fold the prosciutto and salami into decorative shapes and place them near the cheeses.
Step 5: Fan out the crackers and baguette slices in the larger open spaces.
Step 6: Fill the gaps with clusters of grapes, fig halves, persimmon slices, and nuts.
Step 7: Garnish the entire board with rosemary sprigs and a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds for a final festive touch.
