Description
A spicy, adult-themed twist on the classic marshmallow cereal treat infused with cinnamon whiskey.
Ingredients
6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
10 oz marshmallows
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
0.5 cup Fireball Cinnamon Whisky
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 pinch salt
Instructions
Step 1: Grease a 9x9 inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a small saucepan, simmer the Fireball whiskey for 3-5 minutes until slightly reduced.
Step 3: In a large pot over low heat, melt the butter and add the marshmallows, stirring until smooth.
Step 4: Stir in the reduced whiskey, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until fully combined.
Step 5: Fold in the cereal until evenly coated and press gently into the prepared pan.
Step 6: Allow to cool for 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
Notes
For best results, do not pack the mixture too tightly into the pan to keep them soft.
