Ingredients

2 large apples, diced
2 celery stalks, diced
1 cup red seedless grapes, halved
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced apples, diced celery, halved red seedless grapes, chopped walnuts, and chopped fresh parsley.
Step 2: In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, plain yogurt, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper until the dressing is smooth and well combined.
Step 3: Pour the prepared creamy dressing over the salad ingredients in the large bowl.
