Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Prepare chocolate cake batter according to box instructions, substituting half the water with brewed coffee if desired.
- Pour batter into pan and bake 22–25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs. Let cool 10 minutes.
- Use a wooden spoon handle or chopstick to poke 30–40 holes about 1 inch apart, pressing two-thirds down.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over warm cake, allowing it to seep into holes.
- Drizzle ½ cup caramel sauce in a zigzag pattern over the cake, nudging sauce toward edges.
- Scatter chopped Snickers pieces evenly, pressing some into holes; reserve some for garnish.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to set.
- Chill mixing bowl and whisk attachment 10 minutes. Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Spread whipped cream evenly over chilled cake.
- Warm remaining ¼ cup caramel sauce and drizzle thin lines over whipped cream.
- Drizzle 2 tablespoons chocolate sauce if desired for marbled effect.
- Sprinkle roasted salted peanuts and reserved chopped Snickers bars on top.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
