Ingredients
1 can (30 oz) fruit cocktail, drained
1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup maraschino cherries, halved
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
Step 1: Drain all canned fruit in a colander for 15-20 minutes to remove all excess moisture.
Step 2: In a large bowl, cream together the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth using a hand mixer.
Step 3: Fold in the thawed whipped topping gently until combined.
Step 4: Add the drained fruit, cherries, marshmallows, and pecans into the cream mixture.
Step 5: Fold the ingredients together carefully to avoid crushing the fruit pieces.
Step 6: Transfer the mixture into a 9x13 inch dish or a mold, and smooth the top.
Step 7: Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm before serving.
