Description

A creamy, high-protein frozen snack made with Greek yogurt, swirled with peanut butter and dark chocolate.

Ingredients

Scale

1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey
1/3 cup dark chocolate, melted

Instructions

Step 1: Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Step 2: In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and honey until smooth.
Step 3: Spread the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer about 1/4 inch thick.
Step 4: Drop small spoonfuls of peanut butter onto the yogurt.
Step 5: Drizzle the melted dark chocolate over the top of the yogurt and peanut butter.
Step 6: Use a toothpick to swirl the ingredients together to create a marble pattern.
Step 7: Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
Step 8: Break into shards and serve immediately. Keep leftovers in the freezer.

Notes

Use full-fat Greek yogurt for the best texture and to prevent the bark from becoming too icy.
