1 lb Sirloin Steaks
1 loaf French Baguette
1 stick Butter
2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon Salt

1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 tablespoon Dried Parsley
1/2 cup Sour Cream
2 tablespoons Prepared Horseradish
Instructions
Step 1: Mix sour cream and horseradish in a bowl and chill.
Step 2: Slice baguette, brush with melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley, then toast until golden.
Step 3: Cube the steak and season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
Step 4: Sear steak bites in a hot skillet with butter for 3-4 minutes until browned.
