Description
Crispy, bite-sized pizza cups filled with tender chicken, zesty sauce, and plenty of melty cheese.
Ingredients
1 tube (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
1/2 cup marinara sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a 12-count muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
Step 2: Roll out pizza dough and cut into 12 circles using a 4-inch cutter or glass.
Step 3: Press the dough circles into the muffin tin cups, pushing them up the sides.
Step 4: Add 1-2 teaspoons of marinara sauce to the bottom of each dough cup.
Step 5: Divide the shredded chicken evenly among the cups, then top generously with mozzarella cheese.
Step 6: Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush the exposed edges of the dough for a golden finish.
Step 7: Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
For extra crunch, sprinkle a little parmesan cheese on top before baking.
