Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine whole wheat flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
  4. Stir until fully combined and dough forms a smooth, cohesive mixture.
  5. Fold in mini chocolate chips or your preferred mix-ins gently.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
  7. Optionally press dough lightly for uniform size or leave as is for softer cookies.
