  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Lime wedges (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to high heat.
  2. Rub the skirt steak with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
  4. In a food processor, combine avocado, fresh cilantro, garlic, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Pulse until smooth and creamy.
