Instructions
- Toss steak strips with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Heat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat; cook steak strips 2-3 minutes per side until desired doneness. Set aside.
- Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large pot, combine cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, and Cajun seasoning; cook over medium heat until cheese melts and mixture is creamy.
- Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat; cook minced garlic 1 minute.
- Add halved cherry tomatoes, salt, and black pepper; cook 3-4 minutes until tomatoes soften.

- Garnish with chopped parsley, chives, fresh parsley leaves, and grated Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately.
