A delicious, one-pan keto-friendly meal featuring savory ground beef and tender sautéed cabbage.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 small green cabbage, chopped
1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
1 cup onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon bouillon powder
Instructions
Step 1: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef and onions until the meat is no longer pink and onions are softened.
Step 2: Drain excess fat from the skillet. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 3: Stir in the chopped cabbage, diced tomatoes (with juice), and bouillon powder.
Step 4: Cover the skillet and reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
Step 5: Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of apple cider vinegar at the end of cooking.
