Ingredients

Scale

2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 tablespoon corn syrup
1/4 teaspoon blue food coloring
1/4 teaspoon crushed orange zest

Instructions

Step 1: Combine milk and sugar in a saucepan over low heat, whisking until sugar dissolves.
Step 2: Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, almond extract, and orange zest.
Step 3: Whisk in the heavy cream, corn syrup, and blue food coloring until well blended.
Step 4: Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Step 5: Churn the chilled mixture in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
Step 6: Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for 6 hours to harden.

Notes
