Description
Easy-to-make flaky crescent roll-ups filled with a sweet honey and cinnamon mixture, drizzled with a simple glaze and topped with crunchy nuts and granola.
Ingredients
1 package crescent roll dough
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds or walnuts)
1/4 cup granola
Fresh honey drizzle (optional)
Cinnamon sprinkle (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
Step 2: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, 1/4 cup honey, and ground cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
Step 3: Brush the honey-cinnamon mixture evenly over the dough triangles. Roll up each triangle, starting from the wider end.
Step 4: Place the roll-ups on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
Step 5: While the roll-ups are baking, prepare the glaze. In another small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk until smooth and creamy.
Step 6: Once baked, remove the roll-ups from the oven. Drizzle the glaze generously over the warm roll-ups.
Step 7: Garnish with chopped nuts, granola, an extra drizzle of fresh honey, and a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For an extra burst of flavor, you can add a pinch of nutmeg or cardamom to the cinnamon mixture. These roll-ups are best enjoyed warm, right out of the oven!
