Description

Juicy, tender steak cubes seared to perfection and tossed in a sticky honey garlic glaze.

Ingredients

Scale

1.5 lbs top sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp beef broth
Salt and pepper to taste
Green onions for garnish

Instructions

Step 1: Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
Step 2: Heat oil and 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over high heat.
Step 3: Sear steak bites in batches for 2 minutes per side; remove from pan.
Step 4: Reduce heat to medium, add remaining butter and garlic; sauté for 30 seconds.
Step 5: Stir in honey, soy sauce, and broth; simmer until thickened.
Step 6: Toss steak back into the pan to coat.
Step 7: Garnish and serve immediately.

Notes

Use a cast-iron skillet for the best crust and do not crowd the pan while searing.
