Ingredients
2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
2 cups fresh pineapple, cubed
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup red grapes, halved
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained (or 2 fresh oranges, segmented)
1-2 ripe bananas, sliced (optional, add just before serving)
¼ cup honey
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon lime zest
Instructions
Step 1: Carefully wash all your fruits. Hull and slice the strawberries, cube the pineapple, halve the red grapes, peel and slice the kiwis. If using canned mandarin oranges, drain them thoroughly. Keep blueberries whole. If adding bananas, slice them just before combining with the dressing.
Step 2: In a small bowl, combine the honey, fresh lime juice, and lime zest. Whisk vigorously until the honey is fully incorporated and the dressing is well blended.
Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, gently add all your prepared fruits.
Step 4: Pour the honey-lime dressing evenly over the fruit. Using a large spoon or spatula, gently toss the fruit until every piece is glistening with the vibrant dressing.
